Refund, Returns & Craftsmanship Policy

At Munirah, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate elegance, heritage, and enduring quality. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before placing an order, as our collections are produced in limited quantities.


Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, fragrance, makeup, or stains
  • Returned with original packaging, dust bags, tags, and accompanying materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns will be issued as Munirah Store Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Limited-edition collections
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging

Upon verification, Munirah will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Complimentary repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund, where applicable


Craftsmanship Promise

Every Munirah handbag is crafted to be treasured for years. We proudly stand behind the quality of our workmanship.

Should you experience a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, our team will assess the item and, where applicable, provide:

  • Complimentary repair
  • Replacement of defective hardware or components
  • Product replacement where repair is not possible

This craftsmanship promise applies solely to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, scuffs, or natural aging of materials
  • Damage caused by overfilling or excessive weight
  • Accidental damage
  • Exposure to water, oils, cosmetics, chemicals, or extreme temperatures
  • Improper storage or handling

All warranty assessments are conducted at Munirah’s sole discretion.


Repairs & Aftercare

Luxury pieces deserve thoughtful care. We offer repair services for eligible Munirah products beyond the warranty period, subject to assessment and applicable service fees.

Customers are encouraged to contact our Client Care team for guidance on product care, maintenance, and repair options.


Return Shipping

For approved returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Munirah cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected, eligible store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Where a refund has been approved due to a verified defect or fulfillment error, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
