Purchasing a Munirah Piece

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Following the placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your purchase request. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

The House reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including instances involving pricing inaccuracies, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Limited Production & Availability

Many Munirah pieces are produced in limited quantities.

The House intentionally maintains controlled production volumes in order to preserve craftsmanship standards and ensure thoughtful creation of every piece.

As a result:

  • Product availability may change without notice.
  • Certain designs may not be restocked after they sell out.
  • The House reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Availability displayed on the website should not be considered a guarantee of future availability.


Product Representation

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display the colors, details, materials, and dimensions of our products.

However, because of differences in device displays, lighting conditions, and the artisanal nature of certain production processes, slight variations may occur.

Such variations are considered part of the character of handcrafted luxury goods and shall not be regarded as defects.


Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are stated in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully authorized and received before an order can be processed for fulfillment.

The House reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.


International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, administrative fees, and other local charges may be imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Such charges are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

The House has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.


Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

While the House works closely with trusted logistics partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays arising from:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Government actions
  • Force majeure events
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk and responsibility for the purchased item transfer to the client upon confirmed delivery to the designated shipping address.


Returns, Exchanges & Craftsmanship Promise

All returns, store credits, exchanges, repairs, and warranty assessments are governed by the Munirah Refund, Returns & Craftsmanship Policy.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined within that policy.

The House reserves the right to assess all returned items and determine eligibility for store credit, repair, exchange, replacement, or refund.


Care of Your Munirah Piece

Each Munirah piece is designed to accompany years of use when handled with appropriate care.

To preserve its beauty and longevity, clients are encouraged to follow all care guidance provided by the House.

The House shall not be responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Excessive weight or overfilling
  • Improper storage
  • Exposure to moisture, oils, cosmetics, chemicals, or extreme temperatures
  • Accidental damage
  • Neglect, misuse, or unauthorized alterations

Natural signs of aging that develop through use are considered part of the character of luxury leather goods and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.


Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Munirah remains the exclusive property of the House.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Collection names
  • Logos
  • Brand marks
  • Packaging concepts
  • Photography
  • Written content
  • Campaign imagery
  • Visual identities

No portion of our intellectual property may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from the House.

You agree not to:

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of Munirah products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
